Every time I tap the text box to type a reply on my tablet, the on-screen keyboard pops up and completely covers the words I am typing. I am essentially typing completely blind and making a ton of typos because I can't see the screen. Ridiculous.

What really stood out to me was how smooth and easy the conversations flow here. Plus, the site design is great - you can actually check out profiles in peace without massive banner ads constantly popping up and blocking your screen every time you click around.

I joined this site to find someone local to my area since I am retired and want to find a companion close to home. It just keeps showing me people who live 500 miles away from me.

I searched all over the page for a help button or a support desk link to report this, but I can't find anything. Fix this please!

My support representative was so empathetic, patient, and truly caring. She didn't give me canned answers, and she offered real solutions and even listened while I vented a bit. Couldn't have asked for better.

Ive been on here for about three weeks and its a breath of fresh air compared to the other stuff out there. The women Ive talked to are actually looking for real conversation and a genuine connection, not just playing games or fishing for compliments. Its well worth the time.

Can somebody from support please take a look at this? I'm trying to finish my profile, but the date of birth selector is completely frozen on the wrong year and won't let me scroll. I honestly feel like I'm missing something totally obvious here, but I've spent the last 30 minutes trying to solve it myself, and I'm completely out of ideas.

Meeting people on here has been great, but it is so inconvenient that everything has to be done through a web browser. If you step away from your computer, you completely miss out on real-time conversations because checking the mobile site on a phone is so clunky. They desperately need to develop a real app for the App Store.
